Eastcott Residents Parking - Pay & Display?

The Council is proposing to change Limited Waiting Bays into Pay & Display during the daytime and charge everyone for using them. This could be your only chance to have your say before Pay Meters are installed on streets of Eastcott this summer. Have your say today before it's too late!

The Council is proposing to change Limited Waiting Bays (where it says you can park for 1 or 2 hours). They want to make it Pay & Display for everyone during the day (so permit holders cannot park there without paying). Overnight they would be for Permit Holders Only with no charge. IS THIS A GOOD IDEA?
